Inspired by the gardens of Monet painting. 
This one of a kind straw boater hat was hand dyed then hand painted with whimsy. The hat is finished with a vintage stripe grosgrain ribbon birdcage veiling and faux bird covered with yellow feathers.  
Under brim is lined in a cotton floral fabric.
The bird is made on thin wire, easily removable so you can wear the hat with or without the bird depending on your mood or event.
