Orders
• All orders are custom made to your specified headsize and fabrication.
• Please call or e-mail for colors, fabrication and availability.
• If you see a style in a store or publication, and not on the site, please do
not hesitate to inquire about availability.

TERMS: As all of our hats are made-to-order, all orders must be paid in full prior
to production.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
You may also mail us a personal check.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees and are non-refundable. Shipping fees vary by speed of shipment, destination and weight of parcel. International shipping is available. Insurance charges are included for all shipments.

DELIVERY: Because we make all the hats, bags and belts to order, delivery is typically 4-6 weeks, from the date of order.

WHOLESALE PURCHASES: Please contact us via e-mail or phone for wholesale information, line sheet or appointment. For trade show dates, times and locations, please inquire via e-mail or phone.

RETURN POLICY: All hats are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
